  • What is your cancellation and no-show policy?
We understand that unexpected circumstances sometimes arise, resulting in the need to cancel your scheduled appointment. We request that our patients provide a minimum of one-day notice in advance for any cancellation or rescheduling of appointments. If a patient fails to provide the necessary cancellation notice, we will not be able to schedule another appointment until the original appointment charge is paid. Our psychiatry practice teamwork diligently to accommodate patients experiencing mental health symptoms when they need us the most. It can be quite challenging when patients fail to show up for their scheduled appointments without informing in advance; unfortunately, this also results in lost time and resources. We request that you arrive on time for your scheduled appointment or cancel your appointment at least one day in advance. If a patient fails to show up for their appointment without prior notice, the total charge of the appointment will apply. Although our psychiatry practice reserves the right to make exceptions to the cancellation and no-show policy, we request that you do your part to maintain excellent communication and provide notice when you cannot keep your scheduled appointment.
