Daliya A Chandroth is a board-certified advance practice nurse who specializes in providing family- focused mental health care. She has extensive experience in working with various mental health diseases in outpatient as well as inpatient settings. She has prescribing privileges and able to diagnose. She attended Rajeev Gandhi University, India for her bachelor’s and Fairleigh Dickinson University for the Masters’ and Post master’s certificate. She holds national board certification with the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), specialized in family Mental health. She believes in developing strong working relationship with patient, in order to provide personalized care, tailored to meet each patient specific needs.
